cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your reservations we require sufficient notice. Please read our cancellation policy for our cancellation and late arrival terms for campsites and accomodations.
Cancellation of Camping sites and Accomodations
-A deposit of one night's fee is due upon making a reservation.
-$8 Non-refundable reservation fee will apply.
-The reservation balance is due 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
-If a campsite reservation is canceled two weeks or more prior to the arrival date, the deposit is refundable.
-If an accommodation reservation is canceled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, the deposit is refundable.
-If the reservation is canceled after the final reservation balance has been processed, no refunds are available.
-Please complete the required documents at your earliest convenience.

-Check-in/out for camping is 2:00pm; Check out for accommodations is 11:00am ,check-in is 3:00pm.
